When recognizing the access to care issues for our patients, we determined that our practice would focus specifically on patients with medical and behavioral challenges to ensure that each patient was given the availability required for ongoing oral health management.
Due to that fact, we have specific criteria to ensure that those patients that have experienced access to care issues in the past can be treated in a timely manner.
Patient Registration – Who is eligible?
- We treat adults ages 18+
- Patients that participate with Regional Centers. We are credentialed and are vendors with several regional centers across Los Angeles County, including Westside Regional Center, North Los Angeles Regional Center, and Lanterman Regional Center.
- University dental school referrals meeting criteria of care
- Patients referred to us by other dentists when hospital dentistry is recommended
- Primary care referrals
- Other referrals on a case-by-case basis
